Who we are and what this policy covers
Strategic Enterprises Inc., doing business as The Flip Secrets and Flip Secrets Success Coaching, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our mailing address is PO Box 23065, Knoxville, TN 37933, United States. Contact us at support@theflipsecrets.com.
This policy covers our websites at theflipsecrets.com and theflipsecrets.ai, our linked forms and resources that reference this policy, and our related booking, sales, marketing, education, and support activities. A separate notice may provide additional information for a specific service. Third parties control their own services as described below.
This is a notice about information handling. Merely visiting our website or reading this policy does not give blanket consent to promotional texts, optional tracking, sales-call recording, or every possible use of your information. Any permission required for a particular activity must be obtained through the applicable consent process.
02
Information we collect and its sources
The information involved depends on how you interact with us. We receive information directly from you, automatically from devices and service providers involved in your visit, and from the advertising or social platform through which you choose to contact us.
- Contact and inquiry information: your name, email address, telephone number, location or mailing address when requested, and information you provide in a form, resource request, conversation, or support message.
- Booking and program information: appointment details, questions and answers about your goals or experience, enrollment and account details, communications, and purchase or payment-status records when you become a customer. Payment providers handle payment information through their own systems.
- Sales-call information: recordings of sales calls and the voice, statements, and other information shared during those calls, together with related notes or transcripts where created.
- Device and activity information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages and features used, timestamps, referral URLs, campaign identifiers, and interactions with our advertising, calendars, and videos. Advertising technologies can also use cookies or device identifiers.
- Attribution information: campaign parameters in a link, such as the source or advertisement that brought you to a page. A booking from a lender profile can include a profile identifier so our team knows which resource interested you. This does not send your inquiry to that lender.
- Content you provide: feedback, reviews, community posts, and photographs or videos that you choose to share. Public posts may be visible to others. A private message or recorded call does not, by itself, authorize us to publish it as a testimonial.
03
How we use information
We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, schedule appointments, provide purchased education and support, administer accounts and transactions, and communicate about those activities. We also use information to understand interest in our resources, improve services, protect accounts and systems, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
We use contact information for promotional communications, including texts, subject to the consent and choices described below. We use Google and Meta for advertising and retargeting, including showing advertisements to people who have previously interacted with our business and measuring advertising performance.
We record sales calls to document and review conversations, support follow-up and service quality, and address questions or disputes. Recording requires the notice and consent appropriate to the participants and applicable law; this policy does not replace that notice or consent.
The public lender directory is an educational resource. Viewing a profile or booking with our team is not a loan application or credit decision. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, full payment-card details, or sensitive loan documents in ordinary inquiry or scheduling fields.
05
Cookies, Google and Meta advertising, and embedded content
Cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies can support security, authenticated access, measurement, and advertising. Our marketing operations use Google and Meta retargeting. Technologies and providers vary across our public website, older funnel pages, linked forms, and advertising platforms; not every page loads the same tools.
Where advertising tools operate, they can collect or receive information such as a browser or device identifier, IP address, page address, referral or campaign information, and activity such as visiting a page or completing an inquiry. Google and Meta may associate that activity with other information they hold and process it under their own policies and your account settings. Optional tracking must follow the consent and opt-out requirements that apply to it.
Some third-party content loads as part of displaying a page. For example, our booking calendar connects to OnceHub when its embedded calendar loads, and video thumbnail images connect to Cloudflare before you play a video. Playing a hosted video connects to the video service. These requests reveal network information such as your IP address and browser characteristics to the provider. Following an external link also takes you to that provider’s service.
You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through Google and Meta. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect account or embedded features, and choices may need to be repeated for another browser or device. Provider settings do not replace a privacy-rights request to us and do not necessarily stop every disclosure from our other systems. See Your Privacy Choices below for how to contact us about targeted advertising.
06
Promotional texts, email, and your choices
We send promotional text messages about Flip Secrets. When a text program requires consent, its signup must identify the program and obtain the required permission before messages are sent. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing. Visiting the website, booking a call, or agreeing to website Terms alone does not constitute that consent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to a promotional text to request that messages stop, or contact support@theflipsecrets.com with the telephone number and your request. Other reasonable requests to revoke consent will also be handled as required by law. You may receive a nonpromotional confirmation of an opt-out. For assistance, contact the same support address. Delivery depends on your device and mobile carrier.
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact support@theflipsecrets.com to opt out of promotional email. Requests are processed within the period required by applicable law. Necessary service or transaction communications may continue where permitted; an advertising or email preference does not authorize us to ignore a broader request you make.
Limited consent and suppression records may need to be retained to document your choices and help prevent further unwanted marketing. A request to delete information does not require deletion of the minimum record needed to honor an opt-out or meet a legal obligation.
07
Sales-call recordings
Our sales calls are recorded. A recording can include your voice and any personal, business, or financial information you choose to discuss. Recording tools and personnel supporting sales and service operations may process recordings, notes, or transcripts for the purposes described in this policy.
You should receive a recording notice and any legally required opportunity to consent before recording begins. Tell the representative if you do not want to be recorded, and ask to continue by email or discuss another available option. Do not share confidential information about someone else without authority.
Permission to record a sales conversation is separate from permission to use it publicly in advertising or as a testimonial. This policy does not grant a public marketing release. Contact support@theflipsecrets.com with a question about a recording or to make a request under the privacy rights available to you.
08
How long information is retained
Retention depends on the purpose and type of record. Relevant considerations include whether an inquiry is active, the duration of an enrollment or customer relationship, the need to provide support or review a conversation, legal accounting and recordkeeping requirements, contractual obligations, security needs, and actual or anticipated disputes. We do not use one retention period for every category.
Contact and booking records are kept for the related inquiry, service, and lawful follow-up needs. Enrollment and transaction records may need to be retained after access ends. Call recordings and related notes are evaluated against their review, service, and documentation purposes. Security logs and website activity records have different operational needs. Consent and opt-out records may need to be kept to demonstrate and honor your choices.
Where deletion is required, applicable exceptions may permit retention of limited records. Backups and provider systems can have separate deletion cycles and legal constraints. You can ask us about the information and retention practices relevant to your interaction at support@theflipsecrets.com.
09
Your privacy choices and rights
You can contact support@theflipsecrets.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask us to stop using it for targeted advertising. Use the subject “Privacy Request” or “Advertising Opt-Out” and describe the request. Include the email address or telephone number used with us and your state or country so we can identify the relevant records and rights. Do not email identification documents or sensitive account information unless we arrange an appropriate method.
Depending on your location, applicable law, and whether the business or processing is covered by that law, you may have rights to confirm processing, access information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain significant automated decisions. You may also be entitled to use an authorized agent, appeal a denial, or complain to a regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.
We may need to reasonably verify your identity or an agent’s authority before disclosing or changing personal records. Requirements differ by request; verification must not be used to obstruct an opt-out where verification is not permitted. Some requests are subject to lawful exceptions. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and any available appeal process. To appeal, reply to the decision or email support@theflipsecrets.com with “Privacy Appeal.”
Certain privacy laws require covered businesses to recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. Browser signals and cookie settings apply to the relevant browser or device and do not automatically unsubscribe you from texts or email. You may also submit an advertising opt-out directly to us using the contact method above. Ordinary Do Not Track settings are not a universal substitute for an applicable opt-out preference signal.
Advertising preferences available in Google and Meta accounts can also affect ads you see on those platforms. Opting out of personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements. For marketing communications and recorded calls, see the specific choices in those sections.
10
Security and information processed outside your location
We use safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use strong account credentials and appropriate channels for sensitive information, and report suspected misuse to support@theflipsecrets.com. This statement does not waive our legal security or incident-response obligations.
Our business operates in the United States, and providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws from your location. Where a law restricts an international transfer, the transfer must use a permitted mechanism and any required safeguards. Reading this policy or submitting a form is not blanket consent to international transfers or a waiver of those requirements.
Where European or UK data-protection law applies, processing needs an applicable legal basis, such as steps you request before a contract, performing a contract, legal obligations, a properly assessed legitimate interest, or consent for activities that require it. Withdrawal of consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Contact us for information about the basis or transfer arrangements relevant to your interaction and to exercise applicable rights.
11
Children and sensitive information
Our business education, paid programs, and sales activities are intended for adults age 18 or older. The website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact support@theflipsecrets.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
Our public inquiry and booking forms are not intended to collect government identifiers, account passwords, detailed loan files, or sensitive personal information. Do not provide such information in those fields. Any separate service that requires sensitive information needs an appropriate collection process and notice.
12
Third-party services and public content
Independent lenders, social networks, community platforms, payment services, and other linked websites have their own privacy practices. Review their notices when interacting with them. Our use of a provider does not eliminate our own responsibilities for personal information we control.
A community post, public review, or comment can be seen, copied, or shared by its audience. Removing it from one place may not remove copies held by others. Share only information appropriate for that audience and respect other people’s privacy.
13
Policy changes and contact
This policy is effective September 17, 2026 and updates our July 10, 2025 website privacy notice. We will publish a revised effective date when making changes and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. Posting an update does not retroactively authorize a materially different use of information or override an applicable privacy right.
For privacy questions, requests, advertising opt-outs, or concerns about a recorded call, email support@theflipsecrets.com or write to Strategic Enterprises Inc., PO Box 23065, Knoxville, TN 37933, United States.
